The best pie crust. I always make mine by this. I'll change it for fruit pies but not for a regular pie. The ingredients is half and half. (The flour and shortening is half of each other, like 1 cup cup shortening always.
Best served warm or at room temperature with warmed cream or fresh whipped cream. You can store this at room temperature with foil over it for days, probably longer in the fridge…but it never lasts that long for me!
