Garlic Rosemary Hummus: In a food processor, combine 1 15-oz can of drained chickpeas (juice reserved), 1 lemon, zested and juiced, ¼ cup EVOO, 2 cloves of garlic, 1 T chopped rosemary (or 2 t dried and crushed) and salt and pepper to taste. Blend/pulse until desired consistency. If more liquid is needed, add reserved liquid from beans 1 T at a time.
