Who says you can't eat comfort food when being healthy?  Here is my favorite...Sweet potato circles!  So easy!  Cut sweet potatoes (I used crinkle chopper from pampered chef) and fry in a couple tablespoons of coconut oil! Add Salt! cut them thinner and you have sweet potato chips.  Add cinnamon and sweetener for sweet chips!
