When it comes to eating healthy I've learned the hard way...Keep it simple and then CREATE! A garden OR a good grocer with a variety of herbs, fruits and veggies along with a counter full of immediate ingredients is the key!  Have on hand a variety of nuts, seeds grains, fish, tofu, healthy milks and healthy oils! Mix it up! No shopping lists, no measuring cups...just mix and match magic!  Then take your heavenly creation outside, let the sun shine and smile cuz this is JOY!

Chocolate Rolled dates!  Little gems like these can cost a fortune yet so easy to make instead!  Melt grain sweetened dark chocolate, a tad of coconut oil and dip dates and then roll in macaroon coconut!  If your not a fan if dates you can dip any dried fruit!  Refrigerate or store in freezer and there's always a healthy treat when it's time for one!
