Freekeh is a fire roasted baby green wheat that contains higher protein, vitamins and fiber than traditional wheat! I LOVE trying new grains...there's a lot!! Here, I added plethara of herbs, onions and pinenuts with left over kale pesto from the fridge! Now were talkin Freekeh!

Cut sweet potatoes (I used crinkle chopper from pampered chef) and fry in a couple tablespoons of coconut oil! Add Salt! cut them thinner and you have sweet potato chips. Add cinnamon and sweetener for sweet chips!
