I thought I was in pretty good shape until I learned about "pistol squats" and realized I can't do a single one. Here's a video that shows some more basic moves you can do to build up to being able to do a full pistol squat. Also, is it just me, or does this dude totally look like Andy Dwyer from Parks and Rec?
