Sweet Love: Add a sweet twist with shaped cubes. Mix 1-2 tbsp water and a drop of food colouring with 250g caster sugar so it takes on the texture of damp sand. Tip it onto a baking sheet lined with non-stick parchment and press firmly to a thickness of 1cm. Using a cookie cutter, stamp out heart shapes and press out gently. Place on a separate lined baking sheet to dry overnight. Use within one month.
