An East Anglian riverfront in England. We stand looking downstream on this bright, cloudless day. The old building on our left was once a busy mill, and the remains of an old wince can still be seen. Nowadays, however, this commercial use is no longer needed, and it has been converted to a terrace of charming riverside properties.
Standing on a bridge looking downstream towards the town of King's Lynn, Norfolk, England. The river is high, and is remarkably ripple free, allowing the reflected clouds to seem to drift in the water, as well as the sky. The few boats tied up to buoys only seem to add to the sense of a timeless piece. Strain as we might, we can't really make out King's Lynn on the horizon, all we are really aware of is a general impression of the town being there.
