Cumberland Cottage House Plan - One of the best. Only 1727 sq ft, but checks all boxes. I would switch hall bath and laundry, and I think the master bath is awkward, but otherwise good. Perfect farmhouse look!

Great job Kev!  Every time I see a photo of the lap pool and cement work, I miss being across the street.
