Indian Hawthorn (rhaphiolepis indica): This plant may be an Indian Hawthorn, although it is difficult to confirm without seeing the plant's flowers and/or fruits closeup. This evergreen shrub is often used as a hedge in your climate. It has pink or white flowers in spring and does best in full sun.
