Calamari & Cannellini Bean Salad.  This is a bit of Italy and Greece married together by similar food ingredients but in the end is quintessential Mediterranean. The fresh calamari and velvety white beans pairs oh so well with the sweet bell peppers and citrus garlic dressing.  When this salad is paired with the souvlaki it makes for a light but hearty coastal meal.
