Sometimes the path ahead is not clear, we do not necessarily know the way to go, and sometimes not even where - but as we start taking steps towards getting there, the way becomes clearer - even if it becomes clearer that it's not the way we want to go.  I have been walking a process of not waiting for someone else, or for the right circumstances before doing something, and here I share where I'm at with that.

I'm really enjoying the extra exercises that Ketogains 5x5 offers as opposed to normal stronglifts.
