Raw Vegan Chocolate Cheescake - Tested with modification.   Didn't have coconut butter so left it out.   Added in some coconut milk yogurt.  And added a squeeze of lemon as it sort of curdles it to thicken and set more quickly.   Result?  Fantastic.  *****/5

Ingredients  1/2 cup coconut oil 1/2 cup good quality cocoa powder 1/2 cup natural peanut butter 1/4 cup mild raw honey 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract    Directions  Prepare a muffin pan with 10 muffin liners.  Put all ingredients in the bowl of your food processor. Pulse a few times until everything is smooth and nicely combined. (It will be very liquid-y.) Don’t over-mix.  Place the muffin pan in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or until the fudge has hardened.  Sub almond butter or sunbutter
