Vietnam Veterans Memorial ~ serves to remember with honor the 58,195 U.S. service members of the U.S. armed forces who fought in the Vietnam War, service members who died in service in Vietnam/South East Asia, and those service members who were unaccounted for (Missing In Action) during the War.
US Armed Forces R Facility, Da Nang, Vietnam- commonly known as China Beach. Here U.S. soldiers would come to rest and take their mid off the war. I saw a YouTube video that mentioned recreation for soldiers so I did some further research. The man in the video explained how he had felt so guilty laying on a beach drinking beer while his closest friends were dying at war. I thought this was really interesting. This is not my "main pin" though.
