BRU, a Boulder-based nanobrewery founded by local Chef Ian Clark, plans to relocate its brewery operations to an east Boulder space formerly occupied by the Rock N Soul Cafe, officials announced Monday. Clark leased a 2,700-square-foot space at 5290 Arapahoe Ave. for BRU Handbuilt Ales and Eats. The brewery and restaurant is expected to have 12 BRU beers on tap and offer lunch and dinner service featuring fare described by Clark as "rustic, approachable cuisine." #beer #bru #boulder
