I am a tap dancer! I started when I was too short to even reach the barre. Even though I do not have time during the week to take classes anymore, choreographing small routines has helped me to clear my mind, and express my emotions. All you need is a pair of tap shoes, a hard surface, and time to explore the different sounds, turns, and movements you can do!
