Mae's recipe which is AWESOME ... "1/2-1 chopped cauliflower food processed to look like the picture (I pulse it). In saucepan add optional 1/4 cup diced onions to heated 1tsp coconut oil. Let brown. Add cauliflower cook on relatively high heat for 3-5mins until it browns a little. Add handful diced cilantro, squirt of lime and optional diced red bell peppers etc. Finish with sea salt, pepper, and garlic salt sooo goood!"
