Mae's recipe which is AWESOME ... "1/2-1 chopped cauliflower food processed to look like the picture (I pulse it). In saucepan add optional 1/4 cup diced onions to heated 1tsp coconut oil. Let brown. Add cauliflower cook on relatively high heat for 3-5mins until it browns a little. Ok so this may not be the most interesting picture... but the subject matter happens to represent a HUGE victory for me. I have really been struggling to get all my vegetables in over the last few days but little by little I keep trying new recipes and making it all work. Last night was Chayote. Tonight I have taken Ideal Protein's herb mashed potato packet which can I say - is pretty damn disgusting on it's own - and added it to a steamed head of cauliflower with teaspoon of olive oil and…
