250 gr. ground almonds Icing sugar 120g brown 40 ml water Lemon juice & zest Dissolve sugar w/water in saucepan, stir & simmer until syrup is made. Remove from heat, add almonds (finely chopped) & splash of lemon juice. Stir well until combined, it may seem that it won't bind well & is sandy. cool 1hr in the refrigerator. Make shapes with dough, I used a silicone mold, put on a baking sheet covered with baking paper & paint w/ water. Broil a little. Decorate with almonds. Let cool.
