Dark Chocolate Mug Cake from Food.com: I'd tried a couple of these somewhat fad-induced mug cakes and found them a bit lacking. Instead of using cocoa powder and plain old chocolate chips, I went a little simpler and went and got my favorite bar of dark chocolate and used it as a substitute. Delicious and fluffy, and five minutes from cupboard to done!
Single Lady Lemon Cake - 3 tbsp flour (30g) - heaping 1/16th tsp salt - 1 tbsp oil - 1 tbsp +1 tsp milk - 1/4 tsp lemon juice - pinch lemon zest - 1/4 tsp baking powder - 1 +1/2 tbsp of sugar Preheat the oven to 330 degrees. Mix the ingredients and pour into an oiled muffin pan or mug. Smooth top of batter. Cook for 12-15ish minutes or microwave about 1min.
