Leaving work at work is a very important part of keeping your life stress free. If you are constantly worrying about work outside of work it takes time and effort away from all of the things you need to get done that aren't work related. Leaving work at work is also good for your health, it gives you more time to focus on yourself.

These are very hard to find, but they bring happiness to the people who come to the Jobs Club meetings we have. We need hope, motivation and happiness. Not sorrow or pain. Everytime I see these creatures it helps me forget the everyday blues we all have to face in life.
