the less you eat sweets, the less you crave them. when you want sugar, your body is literally begging you for protein! SO true I haven't eaten sweets or drank pop in MONTHS and I have no desire to even try them when they're around.

Workout tip jar. After each workout, tip yourself a buck. After 100 workouts, treat yourself to new shoes or clothes or massage. But only a buck? Thats a 100 workouts at a week so in a year i get a treat!

15 min strength workout

The Fab 15 Total-Body Circuit Workout.did this today (only 2 15 min intervals).def a great workout. It was great to do while watching tv.I put my ear buds in and rocked it out.

This is exactly how I feel about running.

10 mile run; The more I run the more I love my body. Not because it's perfect, far from it, but because with every mile it is proving to me that I am capable of more than I ever thought possible.
