Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole. Cooks while you sleep! What a wonderful smell to wake up to.

Ingredients

Produce

• 1 package 32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes, frozen

• 1/2 cup Green onions

• 1 Green pepper, whole

Refrigerated

• 12 Eggs, large

Condiments

• 1/4 tsp Mustard, dry

Baking & Spices

• 1/2 tsp Black pepper

• 1/2 tsp Salt

Dairy

• 2 cups Cheddar cheese or colby jack

• 1 cup Milk

Other

• 1 lb Sausage browned and drained or 1lb of bacon, cooked and crumbled (or use both)
