Butter Bean Curry - Even after soaking for 2 days the beans took more than 10 + 50 minutes to cook and a lot of water was left after the cooking time, so it required draining. Used amaranth flour instead of chickpea flour for complete protein and didn't use chilli or cloves or chilli powder. Without the chilli this was a mild dish suitable for toddlers. Made a base with half a chopped leek added at the cloves stage. Could add other vegetables such as spinach, green beans or cauliflower.
