French Mustard Vinaigarette: I learned how to make this little gem while working in a french bakery. Very Simple. Three tbl spoons dijon mustard. Two tbl spoons red wine vinegar. Two tbl spoons olive oil. S & P to taste. Throw in some freshly ground herbs for a different variation. Delicious on almost any salad. Goes well in any salad with goat cheese and cucumbers especially
