Currituck Beach Lighthouse; This red brick lighthouse - at 162 feet tall- towers above the northern Outer Banks landscape in the historic Corolla Village in North Carolina. Erected in 1875, it houses a winding staircase. Great panoramic view at the top of Currituck Sound, the Atlantic Ocean and the Currituck Outer Banks. We climbed all 214 steps.
