This vintage 2 tier dessert / cake stand is covered with gold filigree with pretty blue and pink flowers in the centre. This tiered cupcake stand has many uses, not just for cakes at teatime. Use it to serve fruit or cheese and biscuits at the dinner table. The design came from a combination of their watercolour invitation, aqua blue bridesmaids dresses and purple flowers. The base tier of the cake was painted with pastel purple, blue and pink watercolour effect, a top blue tier and then finished with a camper van I modelled from rice krispie treats. There was also pastel purple, pink and blue macarons, iced biscuits, mini cupcakes with sprinkles and watercolour painted meringues. All set up at Wellington Barn.
Tiny little dessert table, complete with real fondant covered biscuits, cake pops, rice crispies and macarons with a tiny three tiered choc mud cake. Only 25cm long and completely edible, including the stands!
