MADE THIS: I used unsweetened coconut milk and ground raw cacao chips instead of unsweetened cocoa powder..Will use regular unsweeted cocoa as instructed the next time. I chopped 1/8c pecans to top. Didn't add syrup to keep it truly sugar free but I'm sure that would have made it taste so much better. I measured out a full cup but was only able to eat 1/2. It's heavy. ~Shelly
Make your own instant oatmeal packets: 1/3 cup quick oats 1 tsp milk powder pinch of salt 2 tsp light brown sugar 1/4 tsp cinnamon in snack sized ziplock bag. Add 2/3 cup boiling water to one packet. Stir and let sit for 1 minute then enjoy. Add diced apples and/or raisins or dried cranberries optional.
