Thai Corn Fritters- Delicious Magazine. These are perfect for a Sunday night meal. Super quick and easy and quite addictive. Not authentically Thai, but very tasty nonetheless. I added a big blob of chilli (sambal olek) for added flavour and served them with sweet chilli sauce, mayo (because that's how I roll) and a simple green salad. Yummo!
