I took a star off for not actually being for beginners. This would be more advanced beginner-intermediate. Otherwise, I really liked the look of the moves and tried my best through 2 ten minute segments. I am not ready for this, so I'll save it for later. I have 10 Minute Solutions: PIlates for Beginners and that one is easier for me to do. I'm only strong enough for one segment for now and it really isn't for true beginners either, but it's easier than this one.
