Gnocchi, Sausage and Spinach Soup Don't discount soup in the summer. I made this for dinner tonight and this was fabulous. CHANGES: I used 32 oz chicken stock AND 32 oz beef broth, added 3/4 cup white wine and 1 packet of sazon seaoning, substituted chicken sausage for pork and used fat free half and half and twice the amount of half and half than the recipe calls for... It was wonderful.

Corn and Potato Chowder with Hot Italian Sausage - would sub blackened chicken breasts for Italian sausage next time - heat 3 TBSP of butter in a pot and add 2 cups chopped onions for 10 minutes and add 2 TBSP flour and cook 3 mins- add 2 cans of chicken broth cook 5 mins - add 1 1/2 cups half and half, can of corn, salt, Tonys, thyme, and green onions cook 10 mins
