How To Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole - this was really good. I made a half a recipe, although I NEVER measure anything so it was approximately half. I also added a few onion flakes and some dry white wine, and a chicken bouillon cube to the sauce or gravy. We loved it!
Beefy Mac and Cheese 1 box elbow macaroni 1 big purred tomotoes 1 can tomato sauce 1 small can tomato paste 4 cups cheese-2 cheddar and 2 mozzerella 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey garlic, some sea salt, oregano and basil Brown the meat and Boil the pasta. Add tomato sauces and spices to meat. Mix in two cups of cheese..stir well. Combine in baking pan. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 375 for about 30-40 minutes.
