Displayed at Designer’s Days 2009 in leplanb Off, the Urban Seat by designer Damien Gires is unique urban outdoor furniture that provides an innovative sitting space for passersby, other than slipping smartly and beautifully in the urban environment.

The Indianapolis Cultural Trail took public space away from cars and gave it to people along eight miles of downtown streets. It consists of a raised, protected bicycle path, pedestrian way, native landscaping integrated with green stormwater management (bioswales), high density and pedestrian scaled lighting, unique signage and public art.
