Very yummy! Made this with no wine - used bold chicken stock instead. The Dijon mustard was tangy enough - no need for the wine. Cooked it for about 25 minutes. Didn't do the last few steps either just served it after it came out of the oven. Served with a veggie. Perfect dinner!
