Blueberry Crisp- I had less than the amnt of fruit so I cut the sugar a bit small container of blackberries, 2 big of blueberries). I added cinnamon to the crisp too. The granulated salt stood out more but was good. Lemon made a diff I think.
Butternut Squash Soup - This was my first time trying butternut squash. I like it. I think I needed to blend it a bit more because eating it there were still chunks of apple and squash. I put (vegan) sour cream and it was delicious.
