Made turmeric corn fried rice for dinner . I find this to be a great way of using left over rice . Put a pan on heat and add 2 spoons of oil. Once it's hot add cumin seeds it should spatter quickly . Add a chopped onion  let it turn golden brown. Add some turmeric salt n coriander powder. Let spices cook for 2 min. Add rice n stir gently. Serve with any curry or eat as it is.
