used spicy sausage. added thinly sliced carrots with the onion. used diced tomatoes. forgot balsamic. added oregano. doubled chicken stock. boiled tortellini separately. didn't bother chopping the spinach. it came out great!

Glazed Carrots with Pecans Recipe (I found this recipe & photo for inspiration, but when I made these I boiled the carrots first, nixed the EVOO, used All Spice for the ginger I was lacking & only ~2/3 cup of brown sugar.) So I completely changed the recipe, but mine turned out delicious!
