Stove-Top Macaroni and Cheese (Weight Watchers) from Food.com: We enjoyed this easy and delicious macaroni and cheese. If following the Weight Watchers plan it is only 6 pts/serving. When I made it I used whole wheat elbow macaroni and a combination of Kraft 2% sharp cheddar and some Weight Watcher Mexican blend cheese. If you start the cheese sauce while the pasta is cooking everything will be done at the same time --so quick and so easy! Recipe source: www.weightwatchers.com
I made the Mexican Casserole. I had to use a bigger pan so I used 9 corn tortillas. I was also trying to get rid of high fat ground beef so the points were higher than necessary. Great meal to make ahead of time while baby naps. Can't wait to make again with lean ground beef or turkey! #GF WW = 12sp (with 80/20 beef)
Cheesy Chicken Pot Pie Cups -- I made these little cups earlier this week for dinner. They were very easy and quick to make. These are fine for dinner but are perfect for anyone who takes their lunch to work. I thought they tasted okay but my husband loved them. I will be making these cups in the future and would recommend this recipe to anyone looking for a quick easy chicken pot pie like dish.
