V-Sit bosu w/ Leg Circles: Sit facing a partner, lean back slightly (hands on the sides for balance) while maintaining a neutral spine. Lift the legs off the floor until the lower legs are almost parallel to the floor.  One partner holds a stationary v-sit position while the other circles his/her legs around the other's feet. After a few circles in each direction, switch roles. Perform this drill for 60-90 seconds.

V-Sit with Leg Circles. Do 5 circles at the same time and then switch direction. Do for seconds and make it harder by not holding onto the ball.
