Two Ingredient Banana Pancakes - 1 banana, 1 egg (another recipe I found, and lost, says 1 banana and 2 eggs): mash together and fry 20-30 seconds and flip. Sprinkle with cinnamon. The 1 banana 1 egg makes one pancake. The other... maybe two, and has about 250 calories for "the whole batch".
