Made a motivation wall so I can keep my eyes on goal everyday! I made a countdown to my goal weight and the different color ones are the mini goals the first is 23 lbs because after that I will no longer be in the obese category and coming from the extreme obese category I am so excited to lose these 23 lbs!!

Before I started my health and fitness journey I truly believed I couldn't lose the weight. I was convinced there was some medical issue causing me to gain weight. I tried other diets and programs and failed. I was miserable out of shape and overweight. But I watched as my coach posted about her weightloss journey and I thought to myself "what if I CAN do it?" I took a leap of faith joined as a coach for extra accountability and the amazing discount and started on my way. Now 4 months later…
