Full, floor length skirt and overskirt has grosgrain waistband, back hook and eye and snap closing. Overskirt has side front seam tucks and shaped hemline; attaches to bodice with hooks and eyes. Lined hat has pleated front, ribbon ties, purchased boa feathers and fringe trim. Lined bag has ribbon drawstring strap. Purchased hoop petticoat and cord with tassels for belt."
