Alan, originally from Scotland, home now Australia, however currently working and living in Gurgaon, just south of Delhi, India.  Have always loved all aspects of image capture, manipulation and performance, also used to perform as a VJ ( Video Jockey) then part of a AV (Audio Visual) electronic band.  Also love all forms of music, but in particular electronica and experimental work...  I remember as a kid standing in my dads darkroom and watching faces appear through the chemicals, and…

During one of my expeditions in Borneo I spent a good 4 months up in the canopy,  mainly trying to visualize animal life high above ground in this ancient forest! Pluto Taken in 2002 and 2003, this is the most detailed and highest resolution image of the entire surface of the dwarf planet Pluto, a member of the population of bodies that reside in a part of our Solar System known as the Kuiper Belt. It is believed that the methane on Pluto's surface is broken up by the ultraviolet radiation from the sun, leaving behind a dark, carbon-rich residue.
