My friend has often told me of the bountiful markets that take place in public squares during the summer time in Stockholm. I've heard especially of the marketplace taking place in Gustav Adolfs torg and would hope that there would be a market present around the time that I were on my way to the Kungliga Operan. The strawberries are supposed to be deliciously juicy during this time of year and would make for a pleasant snack before sitting down for the opera.
Situated in Stockholm City and part of the Royal National City Park, Haga Park is one of Sweden's most-visited recreation areas. The copper tents located on the park grounds look like they've emerged from a child's imagination.
