New You Recipe - Two ingredient pancakes: 2 eggs, 1 ripe banana. Crack the eggs, slice the banana. Blend in a Magic Bullet, smoothie blender, regular blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth, which will take longer the less ripe the bananas are. That’s about it – just cook on med/low heat, greasing the pan with a little coconut oil.
