Strawberry Chia Pudding 3..ingredients: 16 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled (if you use thawed frozen strawberries add a little more chia seeds since frozen berries have more liquid) 1½ cups (or one 13½ oz can) coconut milk ¼ cup honey or maple syrup 1 tsp pure vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla bean scraped) ½ cup chia seeds ½ cup organic jam or homemade chia jam (optional)
