These oatmeal cream pies are just like the Little Debbie's version. They are cinnamon oatmeal cookies filled with marshmallow cream frosting.

• 3 cups Oats, Old fashioned
Baking & Spices
• 1 3/4 cups All-purpose flour
• 1 tsp Baking soda
• 1 cup Brown sugar, light or dark packed
• 1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground
• 1/2 cup Granulated sugar, White
• 1 cup Powdered sugar
• 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
• 1 1/4 tsp Salt
• 2 tsp Vanilla, Pure
