~Strawberry Pancakes~ Recipe is for 2-3 Pancakes 1/2 C Vi Shake Mix 1/4 C Water 1 Egg 1/2 C Strawberries Mix together Vi-Shape shake mix, Water and egg in mixing bowl. Stir in fruit, gently. Pour batter onto slightly greased skillet. When pancake bubbles around edges and towards center, flip. Pancake is done when golden brown.
