Food for thought Get your veggies in each meal EVEN breakfast! I find it easy to eat veggies when I sauté them and add it in with my eggs. Today I mixed some peppers and spinach with cauliflower rice. I always add sea salt or pink Himalayan salt and my favorite healthy fats to cook with are avocado oil or coconut oil. Great way to start the day!
