Flour 1/2 tsp Pumpkin pie spice  Preheat your oven to 375º.Combine the brown sugar, flour and pumpkin pie spice in a small bowl and mix well with a fork. Add to pears and mix. Arrange cheese on pie crust. Top with pear mixture. Fold crust edges up. Bake for 40 minutes.
