SENIOR SUNDAY! He finally found the life he's been looking for! 10 year old Jiffy got adopted!! Jiffy was originally surrendered to the shelter due to a development of allergies. He had spent almost ten years with his previous family, and losing them was incredibly difficult for him. Thankfully, Rat Terrier Rescue in Ontario, Canada pulled Jiffy out of overcrowded shelter. The rescue gave Jiffy all the time he would need to find a new home, but at 10 years old it was hard for him to catch…

(FIV+) Ironman is approx. 2 years old and is a major league love bug. He loves people of all ages. He likes being around other cats and we're guessing because he's such a love that hanging out with a dog will be ok too. Ironman was found as a stray in Dorchester and brought to Happy Tails Pet Rescue so we can find him a loving, forever home. Ironman is the ideal cat if you have young children. He likes being with other cats. He is an all round SUPER SWEET BOY.

T-Bone (Now Campino) Update: Campino is very happy and thriving! We are all in love! I've never seen a cat who can't be pet enough! He purrs like crazy! He has a lot of places to perch and watch the birds and squirrels. :) We're so happy to have him! Thank you for sending him home with us!

This is Christopher, our beloved cat, who adored his family, disliked strangers, and was my writing companion every night, his wise eyes and calm manner never failing to inspire me. He became a key member of our family as no other pet has during my life. Born on May 5, 2010, he died on January 15, 2015 from FIP, an incurable disease that always takes its cats far too young. We love you, Christopher, and miss you dearly. Four years and three months was not enough, but we hope we made you…

Cat owners, we learned something very scary about our pet felines

Cat owners, we learned something very scary about our pet felines...EEEEWWWW!!!

When you adopt a pet, he just doesn't move into your home, he moves into your heart as well. Just ask Nicole- “Adopted "Coco" back on June 8th. Right away we knew that name didn't fit (his feet were huge). Now he is Rocky and he is a very, very big boy. He is awesome with our kids, loves our Shorkie, and tries his best to get our old lady cat to play with him. He is the best cat ever and we are so happy to be his forever home!!”

Buck is a sweet young boy. He is good with cats but is still curious about them as well. Does best when first meeting new dogs if they are female but also does well with males once he gets to know them. We are working on his crate training, he still cries for a few minutes at night we he gets put in. He is mostly house trained (has had a few accidents). We are working on his leash training and he is picking up on it really well. He is very food motivated and will do just about anything…
