Gluten free/Low Glycemic/Paleo cut out cookies. Beat 3/4c butter and 1/2c agave syrup (or honey if not LG). Add 1 egg and beat until combined. Add 1c almond flour, 3/4c coconut flour, 1/2c cocoa powder,1/2tsp baking powder, 1/8tsp salt. Chill at least 1 hr. Roll out on coconut flour covered surface and cut into shapes. Bake at 325 on silicone sheet for 12-15 mins.
