Alfredo Sauce (Doubled) 16 oz cream cheese 1 c. milk 1 cup (2 sticks) butter 2 c. parmesan cheese 1 tsp. garlic powder (I use 2 garlic clove, pressed) Melt butter, and cream cheese, add garlic powder. Stir until smooth, then add milk, and parmesan cheese.
Bacon Cauliflower Salad 1 medium head cauliflower, broken into florets 1 pound sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 cup cubed cheddar cheese 1 medium green pepper, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 cup mayonnaise 2 to 4 teaspoons sugar Directions In a large salad bowl, combine the cauliflower, bacon, cheese, green pepper and onion. Combine the mayonnaise and sugar; spoon over cauliflower mixture and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
Baked Spaghetti... Okay, this is crazy good. Think lasagna, but made with spaghetti noodles instead. Thin spaghetti noodles, actually, or vermicelli. A couple of beaten eggs are tossed in with the cooked noodles (along with grated Parmesan, yum!) and layered just the way you would if you were using lasagna noodles. The egg helps bind the noodles in place so you can easily cut out even rectangles to serve without them falling apart.
